On the orinality your character is original and her purple dress make a adorable effect with her curly hair and her eyes :> But a purple is a bit too classic, if you can add a necklace it would be nice I think...
Btw, you really need to work your technique and her anatomy. Her eyes are too big, her arms and her tail are really strange... and the body isn't proportional with her head.
On the impact I just would say it's okay...
The lines are a bit off (like near her tail and hair), The pupils of the eyes are curvy near the ends. The colors are nice, I like her hair. The star is just a lack of effort no offense. The body could use a little bit of work. The skirt is too high up. Guidlines may help you like they have to me. The body could be much easier with guidlines. It could be a more of an HTF body. I support it doesn't have watermelon boobs. Overall it's alright (My first critique)
